BYRO uses the information you provide, including contact, delivery, order and chat details, to fulfil orders, process support requests and verify payments through Billplz. Order and payment access tokens are used to protect your order information.

Optional marketing cookies

When enabled by BYRO and accepted by you, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel share website activity with Meta and TikTok to measure advertising and build remarketing audiences. Events include page visits, product views, successful additions to your bag, starting checkout and confirmed purchases. Product identifiers, quantities, MYR values and an event identifier may be included. These services can process browser information, IP addresses, cookies, page URLs and advertising identifiers under their own policies.

Our event integration does not explicitly submit your name, email, phone number, delivery address, chat text or payment access token as advertising event parameters. Advertising platforms may use browser and account signals to match activity to their users. Accepting marketing cookies can also store campaign source tags and the referring website in this browser session; these are attached to your new order so BYRO can understand where it came from.

Your choices

Marketing tracking starts only after you select “Allow marketing”. Declining does not affect shopping or payment. You can change your choice using “Cookie preferences” in the shop footer or payment confirmation page. Declining after acceptance stops our event sending and reloads the page to stop the loaded advertising scripts. Data already received by advertising platforms is governed by their policies. Browser Global Privacy Control signals disable this integration.

Your marketing choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Advertising cookie lifetimes are controlled by the relevant platform; you can also clear cookies through your browser. Browser or device restrictions may prevent event delivery even after you accept.
